What to know before we start.
Customs is for products designed and manufactured specifically for your brand, company, team, or event.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 100 pieces per design and product type. Apparel sizes can be mixed within one approved design.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. A logo, reference, or clear idea is enough to start. We can help develop the design direction before final approval.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, fabric, construction, decoration, and specialty details. We prepare the quote after reviewing the project. Shipping, taxes, and specialty upgrades are additional unless stated otherwise.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the product, design approval, sampling needs, quantity, and delivery location. Include your target date in the form so we can evaluate the schedule.
What do I approve before production?
You approve the final artwork and production details before bulk manufacturing begins.
